Because the belt is not attaches the ceiling the student can do tricks down the mat with the teacher running beside them. A great tool to teach back-bend. spider walk, front limber, front walkover, front changing walkover, back walkover, back changing walkover, nip up, snap down back handspring, aerials and many others. You can also teach round-off back handspring with the belt. You can spot this with one spotter but two is better.
NOTE: These belts are not to be hung or attached to ceiling or above apparatus. Belts must be used with protective padding. All activities using these belts must be strictly controlled and supervised by qualified adult instructors. Belts are intended for floor spotting and low beginner beam spotting, not higher spotting. Weight limit of 150 pounds.

BeamDocks™ are an add-on option usable with all DuraTuff™ Foam Balance Beams: StarterBeams™ (GY490P), Create-A-Beams™ (GY488P), and Curve-A-Beams™ (GY482P). Docks are 10″ diameter hexagonal-shaped units. Each of the 6 sides has a round slot. All Beams have a matching slot. High-impact plastic tube pieces connect the beam lengths to the Dock. Therefore, beams can fan out from a central hub in 6 directions, or create other zig-zag beam patterns. BeamDocks™ open the imagination to dozens of different shapes and balance challenges. These EnviroSafe Non-Folding mats have medium-firm foam, hook and loop closures on 2 or 4 Sides, and an 18 oz. Phthalate-free fire-retardant covering. The 2 inch Medium-Firm foam provides safe cushioning for medium impact activities like gymnastics or cheerleading.
EnviroSafe™ is a green foam product made from 60% recycled and 40% virgin polyester fiber. Excellent cushion resistance with varying degrees of firmness. Safer for environment and end user compared to Urethane, Poly or Rebond foams.
