Flex-i-Cold stays flexible up to -4 degrees Fahrenheit and will conform to the body. This non-toxic gel is encased in a puncture-resistant bag for multiple uses. You can heat this pack in the microwave or boiling water for use as a heat pack. Always follow label instructions for safe use. Packs remain flexible out of the freezer for an extended period of time. Non-toxic and non-caustic, bio-degradable - simply keep in freezer until needed. Available in 2 sizes, and sold in cases of 12.

These shackles take the place of S-hooks and need the wrench, PG176P, to open and close. This head makes removal, because of vandalism, more difficult. The overall length is 3 5/16”. The bolts are 3/8” diameter. The inside of the smaller opening is ½” across and the larger opening is ¾”. Unlike S-hooks they can be used multiple times. They are also much easier to install then S-hooks and much stronger. Some cities and parks are requiring their use instead of S-hooks. Use with our swing hangers and chain.  The shackle is 212 HBS and the bolt is 176 HBS.  The hardness of the bolt in the long needle hardness HRC29 / short needle hardness HRC31.  This product should last 2 years in harsh conditions and up to 5 years in optimal conditions. Some conditions may require replacement sooner.  Tensile strength 6800 lbs.

This swing seat is designed for enhanced safety and comfort, with an extra piece of fluted rubber at the front and back of the seat that serves as a cushion bumper. The seat dimensions are 24 inches by 6 inches and 11/16 inches thick, or 30 ¼ inches from hanger to hanger.

Made with EPDM rubber, this swing seat resists crazing, cracking, and oxidizing. Unlike natural rubber, which often wears off on children’s clothes and cracks over time, EPDM rubber is specially designed for our swing seats and lasts longer. It also holds up well in extreme temperatures, both hot and cold.

The swing seat is equipped with galvanized steel triangles and steel plates that are riveted to the seat with galvanized rivets. The triangles are welded together for added strength and safety, and the plate is 1/16 inch thick and made of stamped galvanized steel. The seat insert is made of 1075 rounded edge steel, which is full hard, painted with a non-rusting adhesive, and coated with rubber that is ¼ inch to 3/8 inch thick. The edges of the insert are rounded to prevent injuries from sharp edges.

Our swing seats are made to the highest standards available, with hidden safety features that are not present in other supplier’s seats due to the added cost. We believe that these features benefit the strength of our swings and the well-being of the children who use our equipment.

EPDM is a synthetic rubber material which helps prevent crazing, cracking and oxidizing. Natural rubber is often made from recycled tires etc., and you are never sure what the actual rubber mixture is. It often wears off on children’s clothes. It cracks and crazes, making the seat unsightly and allowing moisture to get into the seat. This makes the seat deteriorate at a much quicker rate. This seat is made of EPDM rubber that does not rub off on children’s clothes, and lasts much longer than natural rubber swings. Unlike seats made of polymer, seats made of EPDM rubber hold up well in extreme temperatures, both very hot and very cold. The steel triangles and plates are riveted to the seat with galvanized rivets. Each triangle is welded together so they cannot be pulled apart and pulled off the seat. This seat is made to the highest standards available for the benefit and well-being of the children that use them.
